After a broken leg ,knee replacement, RA...my legs are a painful mess. These products work wonderfully to stop the aches and muscle spasms. I use after shower and at bedtime.
I love a gentle foot massage as I wind down for bed.
The extra strength magnesium body butter is wonderful!!! A little goes a long way. It does a great job at relieving the discomfort in my achey muscles. Also, very hydrating.
Wife uses it on arm that’s been injured several times in the past. She puts it on at bedtime and in the morning most of the pain is gone.

Got leg cramps? Put a very small amount right on top of the cramp - mine are always gone in a minute. Been using this for several years. I have surprised friends when they have had cramps by using it on them. Starts to work immediately.

I had ACL surgery on one knee 15 years ago and it swells and is painful after active days. This cream makes it so I can sleep at night. I have told my family and friends about this product.
I apply magnesium cream to feet and calves, it's helps me sleep and prevents leg cramps, then I can sleep all night!
Have sciatica and nerve pain and arthritis. I use it after a shower and before bed. I have other lotions and do trade off between them to make them last longer. Helps with leg cramps also.

I have been using the Soothe body butter for several years now. It is the only product that stops my weird leg and foot cramps. I apply it liberally every night before bed and it prevents the awful big toe sticking straight up in the air torture! I bought this for calf and foot cramps and I haven’t had a cramp since my purchase! You just rub a small amount in and voila! It has a very faint pleasant scent and the consistency is that of butter - a very creamy product. I love it!

I use it in conjunction with 2 other balms and oil. So between all three I switch off and it works for me and all Last longer.
I love this product. It lasts a long time for me. I use it when my legs begin to cramp (mostly in my sleep) and almost immediately the cramping stops. It feels like a miracle at times. I don't plan to be without this product ever!!

Second recent purchase. I think I had some relief from first batch. So decided to try again. I use some other cbd and essential oils too. So want to see what works better.

I have been very happy with this product. My right knee is bone-on-bone and the pain is worse at night. Honestly, this doesn't take it all away, but does ease the pain so I can sleep. I recommend this product and I will buy again.
I use this lovely cream to ease muscle spasms triggered by Fibromyalgia and aggravated by cold weather. I find it effective, non greasy, and pleasant to smell.
