Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 25, 2026

At SageWork Organics, we want you to have full control over your subscription and purchase options. This policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and orders.

How to Cancel

Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer account portal at sageworkorganics.com. You may also contact us by phone at 505-451-4518 for assistance.

One-Time Orders: You can cancel one-time orders before they ship through your customer account portal or by calling 505-451-4518.

Cancellation Deadlines

Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled subscription charge date. Cancellations received within this timeframe will prevent the next billing cycle from processing.

One-Time Orders: Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped.

When Cancellations Take Effect

Cancellations become effective immediately upon receipt of your cancellation confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

For subscriptions, you will retain access to your current subscription benefits through the end of your paid billing period.

Refunds and Returns

Cancelled subscription products cannot be returned for refund. Please refer to the subscription terms provided in your subscription confirmation email for complete details regarding billing, renewals, and product policies.

One-time order cancellations made within the 24-hour window and before shipping will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Billing Frequency

Subscription billing frequency is selected at the time of subscription purchase and can be modified in your customer account portal.
