I have just started using the spray magnesium. It takes the aching away . So far, so good. I have used the ache away for a long time. I love it. The only thing that I worry about is using my fingers to get the cream from the can. Being a retired nurse, I worry about exposing the cream to my germs. I've been using a q tip. It would be nice if it was in a tube that I could get the amount that I wanted. I still love it. It works great.

I’ve not had the ache away pain set for very long, and haven’t even tried the magnesium oil yet. I have tried the magnesium soothing butter for some leg cramps and it helped a bit, but the Ache away ointment is really great on arthritis pain in my knee. I would recommend that for sure to anyone to try!
