COVID-19 Updates

Hello valued customers.

UPDATE 6/10/20 we have had several delays in receiving shipments of our ingredients and packaging we are doing everything we can to keep our supplies stocked in order to make our products but there may be times where we may have a delay of a week over our regular processing time of 2-5 business days. Even when our supplies are shipped on time, we have been experiencing slow delivery times from UPS which further compounds this issue. We expect to have this remedied in the next 1-2 weeks as we are able to order double or triple our normal supplies in order to prevent this in the future. Thank you for your patience during this pandemic. 

UPDATE: as of this time we cannot accept returns in order to protect the health of our employees and customers. We will lift this restriction once the pandemic has passed.  

We are open as an essential business and plan to stay open as we supply important herbal & health remedies and supplements.

We are taking every precaution necessary to keep you and your families safe and have done so before the pandemic. We sterilize all equipment, tools, and work stations with 90% alcohol and wear proper PPE which includes face masks, hair nets, and nitrile gloves when making our products. We have also started to wipe down each finished product as it's packaged.

One aspect of business that is being affected for us is receiving materials and packaging. There has been a bit of a lag in this process and because of this we do have a bit of a delay sometimes in shipping out orders. We will always do what we can to get every order out in a timely fashion. For this reason we ask an extra couple days for us to fulfill your order.
