Natural Immune System Boosters

Natural Immune System Boosters

During this trying time, it’s more important than ever to be sure our immune system is working at its peak performance.

Many times our immune system will take a hit when we are mineral deficient and stressed.

Our products are specifically formulated to replenish, repair and boost our overall health and sense of well being.

Medical studies have proved that topical Magnesium provides a greater absorption of this vital mineral into your bloodstream. When we are stressed our magnesium stores get depleted and this can increase inflammation, increase immune function, and help us sleep better & feel less stressed.

Our Extra Strength Magnesium Body Butter helps to build up your stores of Magnesium which will reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and boost your immune system.

For an extra boost, our Immunity Boost Tincture can really help. It contains *Echinacea, *Goldenseal, & *Osha (local organic wild-harvested in New Mexico by us).

Immunity Boost Tincture Ingredients

*Echinacea has been used for thousands of years to help get over viral infections (including Colds & Flus). This powerful herb also helps to decrease blood pressure, and reduce inflammation. It is a well-known herb to help prevent viral infections during the cold and flu season. (It can be very bitter in tinctures and this is the case for ours - acting as a tonic provides the bitter flavor. You may want to drink this tincture in juice or chase it after with some orange juice)

*Goldenseal is one of the foundations for herbalist's education. It is a great remedy for colds, and flu, taken at the first signs of respiratory problems, Goldenseal can help to prevent further symptoms from developing. It has also been used to help reduce fevers, and relieve congestion and excess mucous. Golden Seal is anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-biotic, anti-inflammatory and astringent. So it can help fight bacterial infections and fungal disorders. (This herb can be a bit bitter as well)

*Osha, a root, has historically been used as medicine by Native American and Hispanic cultures. Today, Osha is used for sore throat, bronchitis, cough, common cold, influenza, swine flu, and pneumonia. It is also used to treat other viral infections including herpes and AIDS/HIV. Used to treat bacterial and viral respiratory infections including the flu, colds, sinus infection, H1N1 Influenza A, pneumonia, bronchitis, sore throat, cough; as well as herpes and HIV. Osha root is also used as a digestion aid.

“A powerful antiviral and antibacterial agent, Osha Root tincture should be one of the staples in the herbal medicine cabinet for respiratory infections. Its anti-inflammatory actions work to alleviate mucous membrane inflammation, opening bronchial airways to ease breathing. Osha root is used to help coughs become productive and can relieve congestion. Among its many benefits include the ability to clear mucus from the sinuses and lungs, relieving congestion and making breathing much easier, increasing oxygenation within the body. Osha root has the ability to cut through even the thickest phlegm, and it provides such a wide range of benefits that it comes highly recommended for virtually all types of colds, flus and coughs. Additionally, there are reports of favorable use by people suffering from asthma, allergies, emphysema, pneumonia and chronic coughing. One of the most notable actions of Osha root is its numbing effect, used to help soothe a sore throat.” ~ Beneficial Botanicals

We plan to continue to make other formulas for immunity and stress. Stay healthy & remember to keep hydrated and get enough sleep for overall immune health.
