Return & End User Policies

Description of Products: All products on this site are fairly described and information is provided so that customers can make an informed decision about purchasing products from us. We will never share or sell any confident information about you as a shopper, this includes but is not limited to email, address, purchase history, full names, etc. We may use reviews or testimonials given by our customers for marketing and sales purposes. We will always get your shipment out within 3-5 business days of ordering but we normally try to get orders out within 1-2 business days of each order, if a new batch is needed to fill your order this is when it can take up to our full 3-5 day turn around time.

Return Policy: We do our best to make amazing products that everyone loves. We also give exceptional service every chance we get. 

For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items may be eligible for return within our standard return window of 30 days  

At Sage Work Organics, we have a 30 day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Since our products are handmade and consumables, we cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.

All returns are at the customer's expense.
